In today's competitive marketplace, Cotillion gives your children an edge. Whether they are being interviewed for college, going into any military academy, or applying for employment, good manners and clear speech, along with a respectful attitude, are very desirable qualities and will help ensure that your child stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Cotillion is a progressive program designed to build your child's confidence in varying social situations. Emphasis is placed on the exceptional value of a person who seeks to behave and treat others with respect, honor and dignity. Parents welcome the return to traditional values of conduct and courtesy and children grow in self-confidence.
Ballroom dancing is enjoying a return to popularity! Formal dances require an understanding of appropriate behavior. Ladies and gentlemen are taught how to interact in a manner that is honoring to each other. Each course consists of eight lessons, ninety minutes each; each lesson includes both dance and etiquette. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at Fresco Arts Academy in Eagle. Dress is smart/casual. Cost for each course; $250. Social events are organized on alternating months throughout the year, providing our students with opportunities to thoroughly enjoy their newfound skills. Family and friends are also invited to enjoy the evenings' festivities. Past students are always welcome, and encouraged, to join the dances and balls. The most anticipated event of the year is our Formal Cotillion Ball which is held annually in June.
